Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Our coffee may be roasted, prepared, packaged, and shipped by our fulfillment partners on our behalf.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders of $45.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated standard transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Pack & Pour Coffee is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Delivery Delays

Carrier transit times are estimates. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.

If tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

International Shipping

Pack & Pour Coffee does not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
